Job Description

Exciting opportunities are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) eager to make an impact in schools serving a variety of age groups, including preschool, elementary, and middle school students. New full-time roles starting immediately and continuing through the end of the school year offer meaningful, contract-based work with manageable caseloads, always within state guidelines. Youll be working in a supportive educational environment, where collaboration and communication are valued, and your expertise truly matters. The administration welcomes both full-time and part-time schedulesyour preferred availability and caseload are encouraged. This is an onsite position and does not offer virtual options.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active Michigan SLP license is required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility Experience in schools, pediatric populations, or educational healthcare settings preferred Ability to effectively serve students across preschool, elementary, and middle school ages Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct assessment and therapy to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress Maintain clear documentation and data tracking in compliance with school and state standards Consult and educate school staff regarding communication strategies and interventions Attend meetings and provide input on IEP development and student supports
