Your expertise will be instrumental as you collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in providing assessment, therapy, and consultation for students. Details of the caseload are currently being finalized, ensuring tailored support for both the clinician and the student population.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP license in Michigan (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting each students specific needs Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups Maintain thorough documentation in line with school and professional guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school personnel and families Offer guidance and resources to teachers and parents to support carryover strategies This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-impact support while enjoying a three-day workweek that allows for work-life balance.
