Key Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license (CFY or CCC-SLP; new graduates encouraged to apply) Experience or strong interest providing SLP services in a school environment Knowledge of IEP procedures, progress monitoring, assessments, and documentation Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to engage and motivate elementary-aged students Team player who enjoys coordinating with educators and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy for a caseload of 50-60 students, with the possibility to manage a higher caseload if needed Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams Maintain timely and thorough documentation of student progress Collaborate with classroom teachers to support overall student development Provide guidance and strategies to families and staff to enhance student outcomes

Contract Details & Schedule:

Full-time (37.5 hours per week); school hours
