Ideal candidates will bring:

Current SLP licensure and eligibility for SLP-CCC or CFY. Proven experience in pediatric and school settings; comfort with teletherapy delivery is highly valued. Strong ability to develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs). Excellent communication skills for collaboration with parents, faculty, and multidisciplinary teams. Skilled evaluation, assessment, and documentation abilities, ensuring compliance and quality outcomes. Adaptable approach that fosters growth in students of varying backgrounds and abilities. In this role, your responsibilities will include: Conducting evaluations, assessments, and ongoing therapy with K-12 students. Designing and implementing evidence-based interventions. Keeping thorough documentation and progress notes per school and compliance standards. Participating in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions. Partnering with educators and families for tailored support plans. Delivering services both onsite and via teletherapy platforms as needed.
