Qualifications & Experience:

Valid SLP licensure and

ASHA CCC

(Certificate of Clinical Competence) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads Comfort with teletherapy platforms and service delivery (preferred) Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans Strong organizational and communication skills to engage with educators, parents, and caregivers

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations Develop and carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) for students Deliver engaging therapy sessions in-person and/or via teletherapy as needed Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to support student progress Document progress and maintain records in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations to ensure student success As a valued member of the school community, you'll make a meaningful impact on students lives by supporting their communication skills and social development.
