Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state SLP license (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience in K-12 school settings, pediatrics, and/or healthcare environments Proficiency in teletherapy platforms a plus Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders for K-12 students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate, timely records and evaluation reports Provide both in-person and remote therapy as needed Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support student progress
