Job Description

Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a rewarding contract position serving students across multiple school settings. This assignment offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with a variety of speech and language needsall within a supportive, close-knit community. This role is ideal for professionals with their CCC, school-based experience, and a passion for working collaboratively with students, staff, and families. You'll have the opportunity to spend full days at each school, eliminating the need for constant travel between sites; each location is situated conveniently near the others.
Qualifications:
Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC required Previous experience with school-aged populations preferred Background in managing caseloads with students who have mild to moderate communication challenges, including those on the autism spectrum or with cognitive needs Strong interpersonal, communication, and case management skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to fostering student growth and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
