Job Description

Ready to step into the perfect balance of impactful work and a manageable workload? Cross Country Education is looking for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to joinour team in supporting K-12 students in Dearborn, MI for the 2026-2027 school year!
Position Overview:
Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to an assigned student caseload, tailored to their specific grade levels and academic needs. Manage a full-time caseload dedicated to direct student therapy, assessments, IEP documentation, and collaboration. Work closely with school staff, administrators, and families to support student communication goals and ensure academic progress.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Valid Michigan Speech-Language Pathology License (LARA) Ability to manage a diverse student caseload across varying grade levels (to be determined based on district needs) Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
Top Compensation:
Earn $56.20 - $60.40 per hour , based on your experience and qualifications as a Speech-Language Pathologist, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses/incentives.
