What you bring:

Active Michigan SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric SLP role Strong understanding of developing and implementing IEPs Commitment to inclusivity and adapting to a wide range of student needs Outstanding oral and written communication abilities Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Key responsibilities: Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy to a caseload of 30-40 elementary students Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEPs Document progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed Partner with classroom teachers and support staff to maximize student outcomes Maintain up-to-date and accurate records per district and state requirements Communicate clearly with families, providing guidance and updates on student success Promote a positive, empowering atmosphere within the school community Contract details: School year position, beginning ASAP and extending through mid-June 2027 32.5 hours per week, fully onsite Collaborate with an engaged, student-centered team Take the next step in your SLP career and help shape brighter futures.
