Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract This opportunity is for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position in a school setting located in Fenton, MI, for the 2026-2027 school year. This contract role is ideal for professionals with a passion for pediatric speech and language development within educational environments.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Utilize evidence-based practices to support students with diverse communication needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress reports. Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary strategies to enhance student outcomes.
Qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred. Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings. Strong knowledge of school-based speech-language pathology best practices. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and school staff.
