Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting school-aged children's communication and learning potential across K-12 settings. Positions are available for skilled Speech Language Pathologists ready to make a meaningful difference, with assignments beginning as soon as possible and lasting through June 11, 2027. Onsite professionals are highly prioritized, with remote (VOCO) roles considered for particularly experienced candidates. Experience the satisfaction of helping students reach their goals in a collaborative environment. Positions cover various regions, including Grand Blanc, Lansing, and Detroit. Whether you hold your CCC or are a Clinical Fellow (CFY) with an established supervisor, your expertise is valued here. A state of Michigan SLP license is required, and CFYs must possess a valid temporary license. What we're seeking: Active Michigan SLP license (temporary license required for CFYs) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology; official university transcripts required before submission Ability to work the full academic contract, approximately 35 hours per week Experience or interest in supporting diverse, urban school populations Familiarity with effective resources and strategies for students and families in need Passion for fostering communication, language, and social skills in school environments Prior K-12 setting experience preferred; SLPS with CCC highly encouraged, though accomplished CFYs may be considered Core responsibilities: Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to K-12 students as outlined by IEPs Collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel Conduct assessments, maintain documentation, and track student progress Apply culturally responsive practices and consider the challenges faced by urban youth If you thrive in dynamic educational settings and enjoy making a tangible impact in students' lives, we encourage you to apply now and take the next step in your professional journey.
