Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP state license (MI) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year eligibility (CFY) Experience or keen interest in school-based settings and autism support Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to varied learning needs and work environments

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students (caseload of 5) in a specialized classroom Collaborate with teachers and support staff within an autism program Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services Engage in parent and team meetings as needed Foster a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for student growth
