We are dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. Position Summary The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life and works well within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. Responsibilities Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Provide skilled speech therapy interventions Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Qualifications Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology Current Michigan SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred CFY candidates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in outpatient, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing settings preferred What We Offer Competitive pay Flexible scheduling options Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Paid time off and holiday pay Health, dental, and vision benefits Retirement plan options Schedule Full-time / Part-time opportunities available Flexible hours based on patient needs Apply Today!
