Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a school located in Grand Blanc, MI. This contract role is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting students' communication skills in an educational setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students. Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' progress. Maintaining accurate records and documenting students' progress. Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and providing recommendations.
Desired qualifications and experience:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working in school settings with pediatric populations. Strong knowledge of speech and language development and related disorders. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and school teams.
