Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from 3rd through 12th grade as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist near vibrant Grand Blanc, MI! This position runs from August 19, 2026, through June 9, 2027, offering consistent, full-time hours each week (37.5 hours). With flexible scheduling between 7:50am and 2:25pm, you'll find a balance that suits your needs while positively impacting students' lives throughout the school year.
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) SLP-CCC or strong SLP-CFY candidates encouraged to apply Experience in school-based settings highly valued Confident in supporting a diverse caseload across upper elementary, middle, and high school grade levels Collaborative and communicative, with strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt therapy approaches
Your Role:
Provide direct services, evaluations, and screenings for students in grades 3-12 Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and set measurable goals for student progress Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' educational journey Document interventions, maintain compliance logs, and participate in IEP meetings Engage students with creative, evidence-based therapy tailored to their unique strengths and needs
