Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed | Gaylord, MI A school district in Gaylord, Michigan is currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a short-term assignment during the Fall 2026 semester. This is a great opportunity to work with a supportive district while making a meaningful impact with upper elementary and middle school students. The district is actively reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews for qualified candidates.

          Full-Time:
          37.5 hours per week
            Student Population:
            4th - 6th
            Grade Responsibilities:
            • Conduct speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services
            • Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals based on student needs
            • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
            • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
            • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services
            Qualifications:
            • Active or pending Michigan Speech Language Pathologist License, will consider CFs!
            • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
