Role Overview:

Provide direct speech and language therapy in accordance with students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals as well as state and federal regulations Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and maintain thorough documentation Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support educational team decisions Focus on young learners, ensuring strategies are age-appropriate and engaging Preferred work setting is in-person due to the age group and nature of interventions

Essential Requirements:

Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience working in school settings, especially with early childhood populations, is a plus Strong understanding of IEP processes and best practices in school-based speech-language services Passion for helping children find their voices and thrive in a collaborative environment The contract is scheduled for 32.5 hours per week from August 19th through the end of October—an excellent opportunity to make an impact while supporting a temporary leave.
