Early Childhood Education (ECE) Middle School School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Lansing, Michigan Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Lansing, MI Job Details Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Speech-Language Pathology License Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact on students' lives by providing speech-language pathology services across early childhood through high school settings for the current school year. There is a potential for contract extension into the next year, allowing you to continue making a difference in a supportive educational environment. You will support students' communication needs in school-based settings, collaborate with educators and families, and help foster successful learning and social experiences. The position is located near Lansing, MI. What we're looking for: Valid and active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in Michigan. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Experience or strong interest in working in early childhood, elementary, middle, and/or high school environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Adaptability and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse student populations.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver targeted therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders. Collaborate with special education and general education staff to support student outcomes. Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and district protocols. Partner with families and school teams to ensure students achieve their fullest potential. Participate in meetings and professional development as directed by school administration.
