You will support students' communication needs in school-based settings, collaborate with educators and families, and help foster successful learning and social experiences. The position is located near Lansing, MI. What we're looking for: Valid and active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in Michigan. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Experience or strong interest in working in early childhood, elementary, middle, and/or high school environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Adaptability and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse student populations.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver targeted therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders. Collaborate with special education and general education staff to support student outcomes. Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and district protocols. Partner with families and school teams to ensure students achieve their fullest potential. Participate in meetings and professional development as directed by school administration.
