Qualifications:

Licensed SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience in a school setting (highly preferred) Flexibility to adapt to different age groups and communication needs Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across four schools (elementary, high school, and preschool levels) Manage a manageable caseload (approximately 10 students per site) including students with mild cognitive needs, general education speech needs, and those on the autism spectrum Stay at one site each day (no shuttling between buildings) Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track progress Collaborate with educators, families, and special education teams
