Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Lansing, MI, serving K-4th grade students within a school setting. This contract position runs from August 17, 2026, through November 20, 2026, offering a consistent 35-hour workweek. The role focuses on delivering speech and language services to young learners, providing critical support for their communication development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-4 students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district guidelines.
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for the state of Michigan. Experience working with early elementary-aged children preferred. Must not be a Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF); fully licensed professionals only. Strong communication skills and ability to engage young students effectively.
