Qualifications:

Current, active Michigan SLP license (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Previous experience working in a school setting preferred No SLP Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) applicants at this time Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language services to students in grades K-4 Assess, diagnose, and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
