Desired Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience providing SLP services in schools, with preference for elementary-age caseloads Strong background in pediatric therapy and individualized education program (IEP) documentation Comfortable delivering services in-person or via teletherapy platforms Exceptional communication and organization skills, with a passion for working with children
Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary school students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals Deliver therapy sessions, track progress, and adjust interventions based on student response Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on student performance Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment Grow your professional abilities while making an immediate impact on elementary students in a dynamic school environment.
