This is a neurorehabilitation role, not a traditional outpatient speech therapy position. What You Will Do This role requires a clinician who can build rapport, adapt quickly, problem-solve barriers to engagement through creativity and interdisciplinary coordination. Evaluate and treat adults with TBI and acquired neurological conditions Address cognitive-communication, social pragmatics, executive functioning, memory, attention, and functional communication Provide skilled rehabilitation or maintenance therapy in residential, community, and outpatient settings Adapt interventions to real-world contexts to promote participation and carryover Collaborate closely with OT, PT, physicians, case management, residential staff, guardians, and interdisciplinary partners Participate in care conferences and treatment planning meetings Complete documentation and required outcome tracking per accreditation standards Support clinical coordination and engagement strategies across care environments Productivity & Expectations This role carries a productivity expectation of 5 billable treatment hours per day . Requirements Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Valid driver's license and clear driving record Experience working in an outpatient clinic is preferred Ability to create effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
