Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Current state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain prior to start) Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy Solid interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a collaborative approach with other professionals

Responsibilities:

Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to help students achieve communication goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and team planning sessions
