Successful candidates will possess:
A Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Valid state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist Proven experience or interest in working with pediatric populations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development You will be responsible for: Conducting comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students Developing and implementing individualized education and treatment plans Providing direct therapy services, both individual and group, to students across a range of ages and abilities Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and educational staff to maximize student outcomes Monitoring progress, documenting results, and adjusting interventions as needed Engaging in IEP meetings and maintaining detailed, compliant records This role features a robust benefits package, including health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay that reflects your dedication and skills.
