Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Michigan SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA Experience or strong interest in serving early childhood populations Familiarity with school-based SLP responsibilities and caseloads If applying as a Clinical Fellow (CF), a qualified supervisor must be arranged in advance Commitment to in-person, onsite work; remote/virtual work is not available for this assignment

Core Responsibilities:

Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students across PreK-12th grade (heavily weighted towards early childhood) Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver group and individual therapy based on student needs and goals Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to optimize outcomes Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all state and district requirements Participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as a valued team member This role offers up to 40 hours weekly, allowing you to immerse yourself in a supportive school community and make meaningful contributions.
