We are looking for an SLP who thrives in an interdisciplinary environment, working alongside BCBAs to provide comprehensive care for individuals with ASD. The "Onboarding Peace of Mind" Program We understand that the transition to a new role can be stressful, especially with the wait for insurance credentialing. We offer a unique onboarding structure to ensure you are supported from Day 1:
Pre-Start Period:
You will have a 2-month window from signing to your official start date (perfect for finishing a current contract or moving).
Paid Credentialing Month:
Once you officially start, your first month is fully paid at your full salary while we finalize your credentialing. During this time, you'll focus on team shadowing, center orientation, and setting up your clinical space— no caseload pressure.
Compensation & Competitive Benefits Base Salary:
$65,000-$80,000
Sign-on Bonus:
Paid upon successful completion of onboarding

Professional Growth:
• $1,000 annual CEU stipend. Paid Michigan State Licensing & ASHA CCC dues.
Time Off:
Generous PTO package plus paid holidays. What You'll Do Provide 1:1 speech and language therapy. Collaborate with behavior technicians and BCBAs to generalize communication goals. Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs/IFSPs). Support families through parent training and home-carryover strategies. Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidate. Active Michigan SLP License (or eligible). A passion for working with the pediatric population and the ASD community.
