Two positions are available, each providing autonomy and flexibility, allowing you to select your work schedule within regular school day hours. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll independently manage a broad caseload, utilizing your expertise to foster students' success in speech, language, and communication skills. Qualifications & Credentials:

Valid and active Michigan SLP license (required; please provide a screenshot upon application) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) strongly preferred Prior experience in school-based SLP roles is highly desirable Ability to independently manage therapy schedules, caseload documentation, and reporting Comfortable servicing a diverse PreK-12 population Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and interpret evaluation results Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned to student needs Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress Consult and collaborate with teachers, school teams, and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
