Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Competitive compensation Supportive clinical and leadership team Opportunities for professional growth and continuing education Therapist-owned and operated organization Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Provide speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients, families, and caregivers Qualifications Current Michigan SLP license ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experience in SNF, rehabilitation, or geriatric care is preferred Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills Why Concept Rehab?
