Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an elementary caseload of approximately 25 students within an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) setting. This onsite contract position, located in Redford, MI, offers the chance to make a meaningful impact during the 2026-2027 school year (exact dates to be determined).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized speech and language therapy to elementary students with ASD Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Monitor and document progress to ensure effective communication development Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license with full Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working in school settings, particularly with students on the autism spectrum Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
