Required Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship completion (CFY considered) Previous experience in a school, healthcare, or pediatric setting preferred Proficiency in providing services via teletherapy platforms Strong assessment and intervention planning skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities Collaborative mindset and a commitment to inclusive, student-centered care
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students with diverse needs Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Deliver targeted speech and language therapy, both in-person and via teletherapy if needed Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate regularly with teachers, families, and staff Participate in meetings, case conferences, and professional development opportunities Support the creation of positive and inclusive learning environments
