We deliver personalized, evidence-based services for children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our multidisciplinary team-including BCBAs, Case Supervisors, Behavior Technicians, and SLPs-collaborates closely with families to create treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs, blending principles of Applied Behavior Analysis with speech and language best practices.Your Role:
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP): Reporting directly to the Clinical Director, the SLP evaluates, develops, and oversees individualized speech and language treatment plans. You'll work collaboratively with BCBAs and clinical team members while providing high-quality, data-driven therapy to support communication, social language, and functional skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and reassessments
- Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy targeting speech, language, and social communication goals
- Collaborate with and train parents/caregivers to support treatment goals
- Partner with BCBAs and clinical staff to ensure cohesive, interdisciplinary care
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting in the electronic health record system
- Participate in team meetings, mentorship opportunities, and professional development
Qualifications:
Required:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders; active state SLP licensure andASHA CCC-SLP
(or Clinical Fellowship eligibility); strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Preferred:
Experience working with children with ASD; familiarity with ABA-based or interdisciplinary treatment environments; experience providing parent coaching and caregiver education.Compensation:
Starting at $75,000 annually (DOE)Schedule:
