Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting students as a dedicated speech-language pathologist with an anticipated start as soon as possible. This engaging role serves a diverse pediatric caseload of approximately 52 students, providing invaluable speech and language services throughout the school year and possibility extending into the fall. With both full-time and flexible part-time schedules available, this position allows you to build strong connections, make a lasting impact, and collaborate with an enthusiastic educational team.
Key Qualifications:
Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license Credentials as SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or strong experience in pediatric/school-based SLP services Experience or interest in working within educational environments Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students with communication challenges Comfort with balancing a caseload of approximately 30 hours per week Excellent collaboration, documentation, and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive assessments, individualized therapy, and support for students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement IEPs, track progress, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Document sessions and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards Consult with teachers and families to integrate therapy strategies into the school day Adapt services for a variety of age groups and needs within your 52-student caseload Stay up-to-date on best practices and new approaches in the field of pediatric SLP This contract position is perfect for speech-language pathologists ready to make a substantial difference in the lives of children.
