Up to $50/hr (commensurate with experience) About the Opportunity We are seeking a licensed and CCC-credentialed Speech-Language Pathologist for a teletherapy position serving a vibrant and highly diverse K-12 student population in Michigan for the full 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about working with multicultural and multilingual learners in a well-supported virtual school environment. About the Students This district serves a truly diverse student body, with a population that is primarily Middle Eastern, including a significant number of first-year English Language Learners (ELL) representing backgrounds from across the globe. Students speak a variety of languages and dialects, including multiple Arabic dialects. If you have experience working with ELL populations or multilingual/multicultural communities, you will thrive here. What Makes This a Great Fit ✅ Flexible scheduling
- SLP creates their own session schedule based on provided student rosters, caseloads, and student schedules ✅ Strong site support
- Each school has a dedicated room with headsets (as needed) and a designated on-site staff member to pull students and provide session monitoring ✅ Tech provided & training offered
- Schools use PowerSchool for IEP management; full system training will be provided ✅ Established, renewing client
- This district has an existing teletherapy relationship and has already renewed contracts for next school year — stability you can count on ✅ Part-time candidates welcome
