Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. In this dynamic contract position, you'll provide vital support to learners across a full spectrum of grade levels, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their personal and academic goals. Qualifications & Desired Experience Valid and current SLP license Experience working with students in K-12 settings (K-5, 6-8, and 9-12) Knowledge of a range of speech and language disorders, intervention techniques, and best practices for school-based settings Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and plan individualized intervention for students with speech, language, or communication needs Provide direct therapy services one-on-one or in small groups Develop and maintain documentation, progress notes, and required reports Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support IEP implementation and student growth Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed Offer guidance and resources to students, educators, and families throughout the year This exciting opportunity is perfect for a dedicated SLP who thrives in a school atmosphere and wants to make a difference at multiple learning stages.
