Job Description

Speech-Language Pathologist — Pediatric Clinic Social Pediatric Therapy is a pediatric speech, occupational, and ABA therapy clinic in West Bloomfield, MI. We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluations, individualized treatment, and family-centered care for children with speech, language, and communication needs. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language assessments/evaluations Diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Create and implement individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy sessions Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, doctors, and other providers Educate families on strategies to support communication at home Maintain accurate and timely documentation Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility for licensure Knowledge of pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills Excellent verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits Preferred Pediatric experience Experience with autism, developmental delays, articulation, language disorders, feeding, or AAC Ability to work collaboratively with OT and ABA teams
