You'll provide essential speech and language services in a school-based setting, guiding students to reach communication milestones that help them succeed both academically and socially. Qualifications & Experience:

Active SLP license in Michigan (SLP MI credentials required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings Strong understanding of IEP documentation and school procedures Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educators

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech/language therapy to K-8 students individually and in small groups Conduct screenings, evaluations, and design effective intervention plans Develop and maintain accurate, timely IEPs and progress reports Work closely with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families to support student needs Monitor and document student growth, making adjustments to interventions as needed Stay current with best practices and maintain required professional standards
