Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact in early childhood education as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist serving a dedicated ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseload of children ages 3-5. This contract opportunity spans 12 weeks, providing critical support to students during a long-term leave. Qualifications and Experience:

Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathology license (required) Previous experience with early childhood or preschool-aged populations preferred Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and early intervention strategies Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills Ability to adapt and be resourceful in dynamic school settings

Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted speech-language therapy to a caseload of children aged 3-5 within the ECSE program Conduct screenings, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with the multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate and compliant records and documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student needs Provide parent education and consultative services as appropriate In this role, you'll work on-site at a supportive early childhood center, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling across three workdays per week (22.5 hours total).
