Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 academic year in Ashby, MN. This contract role is ideal for licensed SLPs holding ASHA certification (CCC-SLP), including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The position focuses on supporting students from PreK through age 22 within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 40-50 students Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state policies Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current Clinical Fellowship Year eligibility Experience or interest in working within a PreK-22 educational environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage a caseload effectively and provide compassionate care
