Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) Active Minnesota state licensure or the ability to obtain Previous experience with pediatric populations or a strong desire to work with children in an educational setting Commitment to on-site or hybrid service delivery (no fully remote work) Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across grade levels Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Provide direct therapy services tailored to each students needs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress and generalization of skills Maintain accurate documentation and records according to school and state guidelines Receive mentoring and supervision as needed (support available for CF candidates) You can expect a welcoming environment rich with mentorship and peer collaboration, as well as the satisfaction of making a real impact within the school community.
