About the Position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, therapy, and support services for students within a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that support students' communication, academic, and social success. Job Duties Evaluate students to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs as applicable Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals and IEP requirements Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students across various grade levels Complete assessments, evaluations, progress reports, and required documentation Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with educational teams Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed Provide evidence-based interventions to support speech, language, fluency, articulation, and communication development Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education requirements Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Requirements Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure through the Minnesota Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or completion of required clinical fellowship requirements Completion of supervised clinical experience requirements Knowledge of
