Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type All Job Types A K-12 school in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual therapy services during the current school year. This full-time role offers an opportunity to support a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students through teletherapy, delivering high-quality speech and language interventions. Qualified candidates will hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology and have experience or interest working in school-based settings. Pediatric and healthcare SLP backgrounds are welcome, as this virtual position bridges clinical expertise with educational needs. Candidates currently completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and those familiar with teletherapy methods are encouraged to apply.
Key qualifications and skills:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred Experience working in K-12 school settings or pediatrics Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in children Effective communication skills within virtual platforms Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students efficiently Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in Minnesota Familiarity with teletherapy best practices and technologyResponsibilities:
Provide virtual speech-language therapy sessions to students using approved telepractice tools Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation according to school policies Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines for speech therapy services This position offers a consistent 40-hour workweek with the flexibility of remote service delivery.
