Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a lasting impact in the classroom as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year! This rewarding, onsite contract opportunity is tailored for professionals who hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and are passionate about supporting students' communication skills. Located near Eden Prairie, MN, this assignment runs from August 24, 2026, to June 11, 2027, and offers a steady schedule of 32 hours each week.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid licensure as an SLP in Minnesota, with CCC credential required Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred Solid understanding of IEP process, assessments, and evidence-based therapy practices Strong organizational skills and adaptability within a diverse school community Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered support
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging speech and language therapy services to K-12 students in group and individual settings Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP development and meetings Collaborate closely with special education staff, educators, and families to foster student progress Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reporting per district and state guidelines Develop creative therapy activities tailored to each student's unique needs Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school community events
