About the Role As a School-Based SLP, you will: Conduct evaluations and assessments for students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families You'll operate within a 3:1 service model and receive excellent support from: Dedicated Due Process Assistant (handles scheduling + paperwork) Lead Teacher support for compliance and case guidance Minimum Requirements Active Minnesota SLP License (required) 2+ years school-based or pediatric experience (preferred) CCC-SLP (preferred; may be required) Compliance with professional standards of practice Current CPR (if applicable) TB screening / PPD / chest X-ray (if applicable) Current health certificate (per state/contract regulations) Why Apply?
