Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a meaningful impact on students' lives while working in a supportive educational environment. This school-based contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF), as well as Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA), who are passionate about helping K-8th grade students thrive. You'll work between two sites, enjoying consistent weekly hours and a manageable caseload, with a schedule that promotes work-life balance.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or enrollment in CFY, or current SLPA credentials Relevant licensure/certification for Minnesota schools (or eligibility to obtain) Experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings (school-based preferred) Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to fostering positive student outcomes
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy to K-8 students in both group and individual sessions Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and track student progress Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district policies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
Position Details & Perks:
30-32 hours weekly, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday based on your preference) No summer hours required—enjoy your break!
