Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting high school and secondary transition students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Work with a dedicated educational community near Lakeville, MN, making a significant impact throughout the 2026-2027 school year. Your expertise will help guide students as they develop key communication and life skills, ensuring they are equipped for post-secondary success.
Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Previous experience with adolescent or secondary-aged students preferred Strong collaboration and communication abilities Comfortable managing a caseload of around 50 students
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to high school and secondary transition age students Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with each student's IEP Assess, monitor, and document student progress toward communication goals Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to foster student achievement and inclusion Provide consultative services and practical strategies for teachers and parents Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations This contract runs from August 24, 2026 through June 7, 2027, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 to 40 hours.
