Speech Language Pathologist 2026-27
School Year Location:
Little Falls, MN area
Pay Rate:
W2 hourly, starting at $55/hour (depending on experience) We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in the Little Falls, MN area for the 2026 2027 school year. This is an in-person position with flexibility for full-time or part-time candidates.
Position Overview:
The SLP will provide services to a diverse caseload of students ages 3 22 , supporting a wide range of communication needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring Support students with a variety of communication needs, including speech, language, and social communication Implement and support AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Qualifications:
Master s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Minnesota SLP educator license ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered depending on support available) Experience with or strong knowledge of AAC devices required Strong communication and collaboration skills Great opportunity to work with a supportive team and make a meaningful impact! #cat3
