Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a dynamic opportunity supporting students from PreK through 12th grade by providing essential speech-language pathology services in a contract, full-time setting near Minneapolis, MN. Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Minnesota state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred Proficiency with teletherapy platforms welcomed Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload Commitment to fostering students' communication, social, and academic success
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Create and implement individualized therapy plans for students PreK-12 Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth Monitor and document student progress, updating goals as needed Provide both direct and consultative services, including teletherapy when applicable Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
