What they do

A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

What We Offer:

What You'll Do:
Provide SLP services to children ages 2-22 Conduct evaluations & complete clinical documentation Partner with families to support home programming Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team Create engaging, strengths-based interventions that make therapy fun and meaningful
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Minnesota SLP License (or in process) Pediatric experience preferred, but not required Motivated CF candidates, encouraged to apply! Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and healthcare providers. Passion for working with children and a commitment to improving their communication skills through compassionate care.

$32.00 - $42.00 per hour
