Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent discipline Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP or SLPA in Minnesota ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly desirable Proficiency with teletherapy platforms or willingness to learn Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and students Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Enthusiasm for working with a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessments and direct speech/language therapy services to students Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to best support students' IEP goals Maintain accurate records of progress, treatment plans, and evaluations Adapt therapy methods to individual student needs, utilizing in-person and/or teletherapy sessions Offer guidance, training, and support to staff and families as needed Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success Foster an encouraging and inclusive therapy environment Imagine having an impact during your assignment while enjoying the variety that contract work provides.
